Delivery

FRANCE 

Deliveries are always free in Metropolitan France.

We offer the following delivery options:

• Delivery by courier (Paris intra-muros only) : Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6:30 pm.

• Pick-up in store: you can pick up your order in our Parisian shop located at 33 rue de Poitou, 75003 Paris. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is available. This option is usually faster than the other delivery options.

• Standard delivery by Colissimo: You will receive a Colissimo tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way. Once the package is shipped, the delivery times are within 48hr to 72hr. (The time given are an indication and can be extended during holiday, sales or promotional periods).


INTERNATIONAL

Delivery fees vary according to the country of delivery and will be calculated automatically on the shipping page when you place your order. Please note that possible customs fees may apply for orders outside the European Union and are at the client's charge.

We work with different logistics partners depending on your delivery country (Colissimo, DHL). A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is on its way.

We process and ship orders from our French warehouse from Monday to Friday.

Delivery options provided are:

• Europe: Once the package is shipped, delivery times are within 3 to 5 working days according to the country of delivery.

• International: Once the package is shipped, the delivery time is within 5 to 7 working days.

• Free worldwide delivery for all orders in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America (by standard delivery).

• Please note only standard delivery (7-15 working days) is available for the following countries: Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Lebanon, Greenland.

Please note shipping time can be extended during sales or promotional periods.

Return

Do you need a refund or exchange?
Kindly note that we offer a free return in France. The return is at the client's charge abroad.
We will refund or exchange any product within 30 days after receiving your order. You just have to request it by email to our Customer Service Department: cs@tammyandbenjamin.com.
*Products from our selection SECOND LIFE will not be refund or exchanged.
When requesting a return, please provide us with the following information: order number and reason for your return.
All products returned for refund or exchange must be in their original packaging. If not, the products will be returned to sender.
Please note that the bag must not have been worn: the return may be refused if the bag shows traces of use.
All exchanged item will be sent to your shipping address by default. You can change it by making a request to Customer Service.
Please note that for purchases made during the sales period, we will refund the purchase price of your product.
Kindly pack the returning product in the safest way possible to avoid the risk of damage during transport. We are not responsible for any damage that may cause during the return trip.
